Do I need a referral from a doctor to work with you?

No referral is needed. You can directly book a consultation or session. However, it's always advisable to consult with your healthcare provider about any menopause-related concerns.

In your first session, we’ll discuss your unique experiences and challenges with menopause. I’ll introduce you to the techniques I use, and together, we’ll develop a personalised plan to help you thrive through this transition.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients find relief after a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support to continue building emotional resilience and managing symptoms.

Can these methods help with all menopause symptoms?

Can hypnotherapy reduce hot flushes?

Can I still have therapy if I am taking HRT other menopause treatments?

Hypnotherapy, CBT and positive psychology can complement other menopause treatments such as HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) or lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. It’s a holistic approach that can enhance your overall treatment plan without interfering with other medical interventions.

How much do your sessions cost?

Session costs vary depending on the type of service and session length. An 90-min initial assesment is £145 and a standard 60-min session is £95. I also offer packages for those booking more than one session. Please visit the Services page for more information about pricing and packages.

I am not menopausal. Can you still help?

Absolutely! While we specialise in menopause, we also help with issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, and self-confidence at any life stage. We have helped a range of individuals with non-menopause related issues including exam and performance anxiety, habit stopping, and IBS.
